The first step of the Growth Readiness Score is designed to collect business response data without asking for your name or contact details.

This may include information about your business type, industry, website, positioning, identity, sales materials, marketing consistency, growth stage, and related commercial signals.

If you then choose to request a free consultation, we connect your Growth Readiness Score responses with the personal information you provide, such as:

  • your name

Cal.com may also process your information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

3. Sensitive information

Our website, diagnostic and consultation forms are intended for business enquiries.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, such as health information, financial account details, government identifiers, or information about political opinions, religion, union membership, criminal records, sexual orientation, or other sensitive matters.

If you provide sensitive information to us without being asked, we may delete or disregard it where appropriate.

  • understand which content, offers and campaigns are useful to business audiences
  • improve our services, content, diagnostics and reporting
  • produce aggregated, anonymised or de-identified insight reports
  • maintain website security and prevent misuse
  • comply with legal, regulatory or administrative obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your personal information to contact you about unrelated third-party offers.

5. Advertising, analytics and tracking technologies

We may use Google and LinkedIn advertising and analytics tools, including tags, pixels and similar technologies.

These tools may collect or receive information from our website, including:

  • pages viewed
  • links clicked
  • referral source
  • campaign source
  • device and browser information
  • IP address
  • cookie, pixel or advertising identifiers
  • approximate location

  • the LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • website analytics tools
  • cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some advertising platforms also provide their own privacy and advertising preference tools.

6. How we use Growth Readiness Score data

We use Growth Readiness Score responses in two ways.

Business insight and reporting

We may use aggregated, anonymised or de-identified Growth Readiness Score data to identify broader patterns across businesses, industries, company types or growth stages.

We may use this information to create insight reports, benchmarks, articles, presentations, internal strategy tools, or other research-based materials.

We may share these insights publicly or with third parties, but only in a form that does not reasonably identify an individual person or a specific business.

Personalised follow-up

If you choose to request a consultation, we may connect your Growth Readiness Score responses with the name, email address and business URL you provide.

We use this combined information to understand your business context and contact you about your own enquiry, score, consultation or potential project.

7. Use of de-identified data and AI

We may use aggregated, anonymised or de-identified data to improve our services, develop insight reports, analyse market patterns, and improve internal tools or workflows, including AI-assisted tools.

Before using data in this way, we aim to remove information that directly identifies individuals and take reasonable steps to reduce the risk of re-identification.

We do not intend to use information that directly identifies you to train public AI models.

If we propose to use personal information for AI training or another materially different purpose in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and seek consent where required.

8. When we disclose information

We may disclose information to trusted service providers who help us operate our business, website, campaigns and booking systems.

These may include providers of:

  • website hosting
  • analytics
  • advertising and campaign tracking
  • CRM or lead management
  • email and communication tools
  • booking and scheduling tools
  • form tools
  • security, backup and technical support
  • professional advice, such as legal, accounting or compliance services

These providers may only access information as needed to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, to investigate suspected misuse, or in connection with a business restructure, sale or transfer.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

9. Overseas service providers

Some of the service providers we use may store or process information outside Australia.

For example, advertising, analytics, scheduling, hosting and software providers may operate in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or other locations where their systems, staff or subprocessors are based.

Where we use these providers, we take reasonable steps to work with reputable platforms and handle information responsibly.

10. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

For example, we may keep enquiry and consultation records for a reasonable period so we can manage our relationship with a prospective client, understand past conversations, and maintain business records.

We may retain aggregated, anonymised or de-identified data for longer because it does not reasonably identify an individual.

11. How we protect information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

These steps may include access controls, secure systems, reputable service providers, password protection, limited internal access, and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Accessing or correcting your information

You can contact us to request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.

In some circumstances, we may be unable to provide access to certain information, for example where doing so would affect another person’s privacy, breach confidentiality, or conflict with legal obligations. If this happens, we will explain why where reasonable.

13. Privacy complaints

You can contact us if you have a privacy concern or complaint.

We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

14. Opting out

You can opt out of marketing communications from us by using the unsubscribe link in an email, where available, or by contacting us directly.

You can also manage cookies and tracking technologies through your browser settings and through the privacy or advertising settings provided by platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.

If you disable cookies or tracking technologies, some parts of our website may not function as intended.

15. Third-party websites and platforms

Our website may link to third-party websites, platforms or services, including LinkedIn, Google, Cal.com and other tools.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies if you interact with them.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, technology, legal obligations or business practices.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
